Hayley - Stylist
Hayley is the owner and founder of One Seven Four. With over 10 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, she is passionate about all aspects of hair styling, with a particular love for creating and maintaining short hair looks. Hayley is dedicated to ensuring every client enjoys a warm, personal, and friendly experience, making each appointment both professional and welcoming. Outside of the salon, she enjoys walking her two energetic Vizslas!
Charley - Stylist
Charley has 10 years of experience in the hair industry, she specialises in wedding hair and creative styling, bringing passion and attention to detail to every client experience. Alongside her work in the salon, she also runs an online fashion and hair blog, where she shares her inspiration, and latest trends. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her beloved miniature dachshund.
Katie - Stylist
Katie is an experienced stylist with a real passion for cutting and colouring hair, helping clients feel confident with looks tailored to them. When she’s not in the salon, Katie is busy at home with her two children, bringing the same warmth and patience to both family life and her clients.
Lauren - Stylist

Lauren has over 8 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and is excited to bring her knowledge, creativity, and passion for vibrant colour work to One Seven Four. She is dedicated to delivering beautiful, personalised results for every client and is looking forward to continuing to grow and develop her skills alongside the talented One Seven Four team. Outside of the salon, Lauren has recently welcomed a baby boy and is enjoying the exciting new chapter of motherhood.
Sharon - Front of House
Sharon has worked in the industry since leaving school at the age of 16. Now a doting Nan to 8 grandchildren, Sharon couldn't resist the atmosphere of the salon and joined Hayley and her team at One Seven Four as Front of House.
